Rise Above Soars meets people where they are — in prison, on the street, or without shelter — and walks with them toward restoration.
Program 01
Reentry & Recovery
From incarceration to restoration.
We partner with correctional facilities and community organizations to provide returning citizens with the tools, mentorship, and spiritual support they need to rebuild their lives and break the cycle of recidivism.
Pre-Release Planning
Coordinating housing, employment, and support before release.
Mentorship Matching
Pairing participants with trained faith-based mentors.
Life Skills Training
Financial literacy, job readiness, and communication skills.
Substance Recovery
Faith-integrated recovery programs and accountability groups.

Homelessness Support
Dignity, not just a bed.
Our homelessness outreach goes beyond emergency shelter. We provide wraparound services that address the root causes of homelessness — mental health, addiction, trauma, and lack of community — with compassion and long-term commitment.
Street Outreach
Meeting individuals where they are with food, care, and connection.
Case Management
Personalized plans to move from crisis to stability.
Mental Health Support
Connecting participants to licensed counselors and peer support.
Housing Navigation
Identifying and securing transitional and permanent housing.

Faith-Based Shelter
The church as a place of refuge.
We equip and mobilize Dallas-area churches to open their doors as emergency shelters. Through our Faith-Based Shelter Network, congregations become active partners in ending homelessness — providing safe overnight stays, meals, and community.
Church Onboarding
Training and resources for congregations joining the network.
Overnight Shelter Hosting
Coordinated rotational shelter nights across partner churches.
Volunteer Coordination
Organizing and equipping church volunteers for service.
Spiritual Care
Chaplaincy and pastoral support for shelter guests.
